Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or encounters any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to us from our contact page. We kindly ask that you provide details about the problem, along with any relevant photos if applicable. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to resolving any issues swiftly and effectively.Â
We firmly believe that our customers should not bear any financial burden for defective or problematic products. In any such case, rest assured that you will not incur any expenses. Our team is here to assist you in finding a satisfactory resolution, whether it involves a replacement, repair, or refund.
Change of Mind or Product Withdrawal
If you choose to return a product due to a change of mind or simply because it does not meet your liking, the associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the user. You have the option to send the product to our warehouses using the logistics company of your choice or request a pre-paid return label for a cost of 9€ (or the equivalent currency). This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
If you opt to manage the shipment yourself, you can send the product to the following address: Passeig Garsa 16, 08197 St.Cugat, Spain. Ensure you include the order number to facilitate the identification process.
If you prefer a more convenient solution, you can request a pre-paid return label for €7 EUR (or the equivalent currency). This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will proceed to issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We aim to make the process as efficient and transparent as possible for you.
PRODUCTS PURCHASEDÂ IN OTHER STORES OR MARKETPLACES
If the product you purchased is defective, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us through the contact form, specifying the store where you made the purchase and providing your order number. In the case of a defective product, we will handle all aspects of the return process at no cost to you.
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, please reach out to us via the contact form. Indicate the store where you made the purchase and provide your order number. For desistimiento (change of mind) cases, the user is responsible for returning the product to our warehouse.
If it's a Product Withdrawal, any associated transportation costs for returning the product will be at the user's expense. Please send the product back to our warehouse using a shipping method of your choice. Include your order number for smooth processing.

Once we have received the returned product at our warehouse, we will promptly inform the store or marketplace where the purchase was initially made. They, being the entity responsible for the transaction and charge, will then proceed to initiate the refund.
